How to Book
We try and make
the enquiry and booking process as simple as possible. However,
because most shore excursions are private or customised specifically
for you and your group, it is not possible to provide a standard
automated booking facility and so we suggest you start your enquiry
by email (see Getting Started below) or if you prefer we can
call you to discuss your requirements. Go to our

In your initial enquiry it is important that you include as much
information as possible to avoid unnecessary delays when replying
back to you.
Include the following details:
● Tour date?
● What tour are you interested in?
● What language?
● How many people in your party? (If you have children, specify
● Which cruise liner/name of the ship?
● What time does your ship arrive in port?
● What time does your ship depart?
If you feel that we should know any additional information such as
'special dietary requirements, a mobility problem with a member of
your group, a special occasion you are celebrating etc..' let us
know about it.
Send your enquiry to

reply within a few hours after receiving your enquiry, however this
may take a little longer if we receive your enquiry late at night,
over the weekend or during a public holiday.
Confirming & Payment
When we have agreed on your itinerary and you are ready to book, we
will provide you with a link to our secure booking form and you can
complete your booking.
As a general rule we do not require advanced payment for private
tours but we do require a booking guarantee, this means that you can
secure a tour booking by credit card, but payment will be charged on
the day of the tour.
If however you book an organised group tour or a tour operated by
one of our selected partners there is an advanced payment
requirement and we will advise this at the time of your enquiry.
