Create your own group tour
This facility is intended for people that want to organise and
set up a tour to offer it to other fellow passengers via websites
such as cruisecritic.com.
Creating your own group tour has become very popular over the years
and we would like to assist potential tour organisers as much as
possible if they
are considering this. Ideally we
follow a set of basic rules to make this as hassle free as possible
for both you 'the organiser' and us 'the operator'.
Most cruise visitors are visiting Malta for the first time and so we
suggest that you focus on popular itineraries to ensure that they
are attracted to your tour. Popular places such as Valletta, Mdina
Medieval City, Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, Hagar Qim Temples and
Blue Grotto are the most visited places by cruise ship passengers.
Establishing the tour content is the first step and we will only
communicate with you 'the organiser' to establish this. We will
provide you with a detailed and timed itinerary so you can offer it
to your fellow passengers. If after we have set up the tour you have
a request from a fellow passenger to include something different,
only you can 'the organiser' can request and change this.
How Many Passengers?
Minimum is normally 8. Average is normally 12. Maximum is whatever
you want it to be. If you want to aim BIG you can go as high as 50.
It is important to identify a maximum number of passengers you want
on your tour and stick with it...this means that when you
communicate with other passengers they know all the details.
Obviously the more on the tour, the cheaper the per head rate will
If you select one of our featured tours the tour rates are clearly
visible based on the different group sizes. In addition the extras
for entrance fees are also listed. However, if you want to do
something different we will cost it for your. You may want to
include lunch during the tour or add on a special type of activity.
What About Payment?
This is normally the main concern for 'tour organisers', so we have
made this is as painless as possible for you. If you are organising
a group tour for 7 passengers or more,
a member of each group will be responsible for the payment of their
portion of the tour. We will provide full details at the time of
Please note that all bookings are subject to our
